Civic Plaza

The Civic Plaza, at the east end of Barlow Avenue, offers a wonderful open space and a grand entrance to the west side of LeBourdais Park. A roundabout with a stunning circular flower garden in the middle doubles as a drop off point for arena functions or for street traffic proceeding from or to Vaughan Street.
