The City of Quesnel Councillors: Sushil Thapar

Councillor Thapar lives with his family in West Quesnel and is serving his third term on Council. Councillor Thapar is the Chair of the Finance Committee. Some of his responsibilities include:

• Audit Committee Chair

Councillor Thapar believes in strong family values. He is responsible for the very popular Family Day, which has run every year since 2003. This past year, Family Day was held once again in LeBourdais Park, with thousands enjoying the festivities, food and cultural exchanges.
